TROY, MI — TRP Laboratories today announced the appointment of Claudio Jeberaeel as Director of Corporate Development. Effective immediately, Mr. Jeberaeel will lead the company’s corporate development strategy, driving acquisition-led growth and long-term expansion across North America. His responsibilities include mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth planning, financial modeling, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration.

Mr. Jeberaeel brings nearly a decade of experience in strategic financial advisory, accounting, and investment banking. Most recently, he served as an Investment Banking Associate at Cascade Partners LLC, contributing to more than $200 million in completed transactions across healthcare, industrial and business services, and hospitality sectors. He previously held roles with Ernst & Young LLP, REDICO LLC, and Rock Ventures LLC.
He holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive, Michigan).
