Environmental Simulation Testing

Extreme Temperature Testing is Vital to Ensure Your Product Endures Rapid Environmental Shifts.

With decades of experience in environmental simulation testing, our experts can test automotive vehicle components under extreme temperatures utilizing environmental chambers. Reproducing and exposing your product to various climate conditions can help validate their resistance to temperature and provide insights into reliability and safety performance.

Take a Tour

Our Troy, Michigan facility specializes in component-level durability, fatigue, and vibration testing using servo-hydraulic, electrodynamic, environmental, and burner technologies.

Testing Capabilities

  • Thermal Shock Chamber to shuffle components from hot to cold conditions in seconds
  • Large environmental chambers can be combined with servo-hydraulics, electrodynamic shakers or pneumatics to complete durability, fatigue, vibration or life cycle tests
  • High and low temperature cycling or soaks with humidity (-55 to 120ºC)
  • Large full vehicle environmental chambers (-37° to 49°C).  Tests such as Cold Start-ups, verifying HVAC functionality and EV performance can be evaluated
