As Senior Emissions Engineer at TRP Laboratories, he works closely with OEMs, suppliers, and engineering organizations to develop testing and certification strategies that support efficient product development and regulatory compliance.

Drawing on expertise in emissions laboratory operations, test cell design, data validation, and regulatory engineering, Chet guides customers through certification programs while ensuring compliance with evolving requirements from agencies including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB). His systems-level approach helps customers confidently bring new technologies to market while meeting stringent emissions standards.

In addition to supporting customer programs, Chet contributes to the advancement of TRP Laboratories’ integrated software platforms, helping transform complex regulatory requirements into scalable, data-driven testing solutions.

Before joining TRP Laboratories, Chet held leadership roles at Cummins Inc., where he managed emissions laboratory compliance and supported global certification initiatives. He also served at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory, leading carbon capture research programs focused on reducing industrial emissions.

With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in emissions research, combustion technologies, hybrid systems, and alternative fuels, Chet brings valuable technical insight to every customer engagement. His passion for engineering excellence and practical problem-solving helps manufacturers accelerate product development while meeting the demands of an evolving regulatory environment.
