Frank is a seasoned finance executive with over a decade of experience leading strategic finance, accounting, and operational planning across the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

As Chief Financial Officer of TRP Laboratories, he oversees the company’s financial strategy and governance, partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors on capital allocation, growth initiatives, and long-term value creation.

Throughout his career, Frank has built and led high-performing finance organizations, implemented disciplined financial planning and analysis, and served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. His expertise spans financial strategy and planning, reporting, operational performance management, risk management, and capital markets, with a proven track record of driving scalable growth and operational excellence.

Frank holds an MBA from Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Michigan–Dearborn.
